Refund and Returns Policy
At Grazie, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not 100% happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our policy below to understand how returns and refunds work.

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it
- It must be in the original packaging
- You must have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

with your order number and reason for return.
Please do not send your item back without prior authorization.

Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
- Used or damaged items due to misuse
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
- Gift cards or downloadable products

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- A full refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at [insert@email.com] with a photo of the issue and your order details.
5.
Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the product was defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
6.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. After the order is processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel it.
